V: we were at school when it happened, and mom was asleep.
R: our room is across from theirs, and we always have guests over. Chrysalis comes over the most though, and aunt celly always eats our cakes that dad works hard on!
V: You haven’t lived until you had dads food! Its better than what aunt cellys cooks make!

R: actually it sounded like he knew it was for the best and didnt sound angry at all.
V: He’s around a lot, and reserves front row seats for us, aunt celly, and chrys at his boxing matches.

Most times they're a pretty darn violent, bloodthirsty race. But that's really only on a bad day. Or during a war. But that's a sad topic, one that foals don't need to talk about. Hey! Did your dad ever tell you the time I tried to take him to this ice cream planet to give him an idea of a vacation spot?
V: no, but he did tell us how you locked him into the pandorica and still got him home for dinner
R: then we watched movies and played hoofbox!

R: No, but dads told us about time lords and how not to upset them.

V: she knows dad is actually human. But she makes Doctor Whooves references during class.

V: Mom and dad don’t let us see their dreams, I don’t know why though…
R: Actually we are in Mrs. Cheerilee’s class, once mom and dad taught when Mrs. Cheerilee was sick.

Well, seeing as your dad can fly and has probably been doing so for /far/ longer than your mama, it kinda makes sense. And see, getting past defenses is interesting. Levitation? I can do that! Even self levitation on a good day! No, I mean /interesting/. Like, elemental control interesting. And Rom, been in a tournament yet? Or are ya too young?
R: dad says I’m too strong for colts my age. He made a dummy for me to hit, and when I did I heard a weird cracking noise. He says he put fake bones in it, but I dunno what that has to do with anything.
V: Intresting magic? Mom just shows us the basic stuff and when she’s asleep dad shows us fun magic! He showed us how to let others join our dreams, and how to play them like a movie.
R: vicky, you’re boring him! Dad showed us one if his old friends, I can’t remember his name though….
V: His was Hercules Rom.
